  • GMT has opted into the Portfolio Investment Entity regime and distributions are paid on a quarterly basis, within three months of a quarter end.

    The Trust`s current distribution policy is to pay out around 80% of after tax operating earnings. It is expected that a full year cash distribution of at least 6.65 cents per unit will be paid to Unitholders for the year ending 31 March 2017.

    Payment options

    Direct credit

    If you would like to have your distributions paid directly into a New Zealand financial institution account, please download and complete a Direct Credit Instruction Form and return it to Computershare Investor Services Limited at the address provided. If you do not elect to have your distributions paid by direct credit, they will be paid by cheque and mailed to your registered address.

    Distribution reinvestment plan (currently suspended)

    When operating, the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) enables you to reinvest cash distributions in additional units. The DRP is entirely optional and the DRP Booklet, which includes the key features and rules of the DRP, should be read carefully before deciding whether to participate.

    If you wish to participate in the DRP, please complete the Application Form in accordance with the instructions and return it to Computershare Investor Services Limited at the address provided. On the 7 August 2014 it was announced that the DRP was suspended with immediate effect. Unitholders are reminded that elections remain in place, but inactive, even when the DRP is suspended.
